Love Communities Becomes HUD-Certified and Assumes Property Management of Riverview Place Apartments in Wilmington
Wilmington, DE — Love Communities announced today that it has achieved U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) certification and has been selected to assume property management responsibilities for Riverview Place Apartments, an 88-unit residential community in Wilmington, Delaware, including 41 HUD-assisted homes.

After acquiring this property in October 2024, and executing a full property renovation in July 2025, this milestone expands Love Communities’ regulated housing platform and reinforces the company’s commitment to compliance-driven operations, resident-focused service, and long-term community stewardship.
