Love Communities is excited to welcome Mike Neumayer as our new Director of Asset Management.
Mike joins our team with extensive experience in multifamily operations, financial performance, strategic asset oversight, and operational execution. As our portfolio continues to grow throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, adding dedicated asset management leadership is an important step in strengthening both our operational platform and long-term investment strategy.
In this role, Mike will work closely with our property management teams to support community performance, operational efficiencies, resident experience, budgeting, capital planning, and data-driven decision making across the portfolio. His approach aligns strongly with our focus on creating high-performing communities through collaboration, accountability, and operational consistency at the site level.
Mike will also partner closely with Mark and the leadership team as we continue refining portfolio strategy, leveraging Entrata, and expanding the use of AI and analytics to improve reporting, operational visibility, marketing performance, and decision-making across the organization. We believe the future of multifamily operations will be built around smarter systems, stronger data, and teams empowered with better tools — and Mike’s background positions him well to help lead that evolution at Love Communities.
As we continue investing in our communities, people, and infrastructure, Mike’s leadership and analytical mindset will play an important role in helping us scale thoughtfully while continuing to improve the resident experience across our portfolio.
